The Swing is a classic movement...great for fat-loss and building strength. Normally you see it as a kettlebell swing, but if you don't have access to kettlebells, it can also be done with dumbbells. The swing will strengthen the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, core and shoulders...almost the entire body, actually. With this sequence, you'll do a drop set of the swing exercise, doing as many swings as you can while keeping good form, then reducing the weight by 20 lbs each time (or 10 lbs, if you're using smaller dumbbells). When doing the dumbbell swing, stand the dumbbell on end then grasp underneath the top set of plates.
