Whoo hoo I lost 5 pounds!!!!!! Mainly this past week was spent walking nightly for a few (3 to4) miles. I also have done a massive amount of squats and situps and pushups. Already I can feel my muscles toning and if you push past the stomach squish there is a foundation of muscle building.
