NEW Workout Program! Hi guys! AHHHHH!! We hit 100,000 Subscribers! I can't believe we actually made it but I am so happy and grateful! So thank you thank you thank you!! Now for todays video, here is another what I eat in day! Probably one of the most requested videos from you guys at all times, so here it is! I have been in a caloric deficit since the very end of January. I don't do anything quick or drastic right away so it takes me a few weeks to build up to a full caloric deficit of 500 cals, which is the lowest I will drop into a caloric deficit. I start off at 200 and then slowly build up until I hit the 500 cal mark, from there I stay with this till I feel I have hit my goal or I start to notice anything negative like loss of energy. Doing it this way makes it MUCH easier to adhere to your goals and allow your body time to adapt to the changes. Pretty much an "easier" way to assure success in a caloric deficit if you do this for yourself and not any competitive sports. I feel like this caloric deficit has been my best yet because I am being much more cautious of my caloric intake (weighing food, counting calories, etc), my training plans I create for myself are better than ever, and I have increased strength in every single one of my main lifts which is crazy awesome! I also have cut down on my cardio and don't stress if I go over my numbers some days. The biggest key to success when trying to lose body fat is patience patience patience! It doesn't happen over night, especially those last few stubborn pounds. Find what works for you, what foods you can fit into your calories and not be miserable 24/7, get a good training plan to follow, focus on getting stronger, sleep good, reduce stress as much as possible, and be patient. You will get there! If you are looking for a simple way to find out your caloric intake then for a general idea you can either: 10-12 X your body weight for caloric deficit 14-15 X your body weight for maintenance 20+ X body weight for caloric surplus Or you can go to TdeeCalculator.net and there you can use their calculator. Hope this helps! any questions then comment below! --Hunter xx. ———————————————————————————— LIFTING GEAR & MY FITNESS FAVORITES: FOLLOW ME: INSTAGRAM - @HunterrChiltonn ———————————————————————————— EMAIL: (Business Inquiries) [email protected] ———————————————————————————— MEALS: 1.
