I didn't use the included tool, but had a pair of extra hands around to hold it in place as I stretched it onto the wheel by hand. Basically a smooth operation. - that's the eBay store where I bought the tire from, they also say they'll be able to make tires for your bandsaw if you need something they don't have. Fortunately, I didn't need to go to such lengths, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the installation was.
