And if you look at my previous videos you can see now I am gaining a steady progress of weight loss. I am loosing weight steadily without yoyoing that occurred in the beginning. During my intermittent fasting weight loss I believe my body is adopting to burning fat off. I have one learning which is diet. Diet is more important than exercise. What I am focusing more on is my calorie intake. So each day I am counting calories especially on my fasting days. On my normal day I can have freedom to eat more or less what I like. That's means I have freedom to eat what I like and be strict the next day.
