Ok so if you are not a subscriber of my mate Brian Nielson's channel I implore you to go check his transformation video out and click subscribe! Brian's Intermittent Fasting Video - So the reason I want people to check that video out is because of a recent VLOG he did. He is now on Testosterone Replacement Therapy as he has low testosterone levels.... DESPITE having a solid physique and decent strength! Before his transformation, Brian was diagnosed with low test levels. Rather than have to rely on medicine (Test Injections) he figured he would do what he could to raise his levels naturally... by losing fat and building lean muscle. Fast Forward to now, he had more blood tests done and he is STILL in the below low end of the scale for normal levels. He is now on TRT. This brings up the question... if this guy was able to drop fat and build lean mass and strength with BELOW the low end levels of testosterone is it really the be all and end all for people who say "they can't make gains"? I wanted to make this video to raise awareness for Brian's situation because I think recently a lot of people are of the feeling that their gym time is hopeless unless they are taking gear / PED's and that they will never have results as a drug free lifter... this is simply not true. I also feel that there is a desire from younger trainers to want to take PED's because they have an obscure perception of what is actually a good, healthy physique.
