Numero uno- eating half of my protein goal before noon. A large, protein-packed breakfast keeps me full longer, decreases my cravings, fuels my brain, balances blood sugar, and keeps me away from snacking on sweets. I often ditch snacks and have a big meal instead full of fiber, protein, fats, and carbs. In that way, I don't need to keep having small snacks that are high in calories but not filling.
