But that doesn’t mean you take the piss 🤣 And that’s why I encourage all my clients to follow the 90/10 or 80/20 rule. MOST OF THE TIME (80-90) eat nourishing foods that make you FEEL AMAZING and that give you ENERGY! Foods that NOURISH YOUR BODY 💙💙 And then leave 10-20% soul foods 😉 wine, chocolate, burgers. Personally 90/10% makes me feel my best, but everyone is different! Calories matter for fat loss gang, but what you’re eating matters too.
