You mentioned that you had a baby two weeks ago and you're still experiencing some pain and that is normal. After a C-section, it's normal to have some mild cramping, incisional pain, to have some vaginal bleeding or discharge, and to have numbness around the incision site. Your doctor will probably want to see you about this time two weeks after having the baby and then again around eight weeks. Most women feel pretty good after a C-section around six weeks postpartum but, you know, random aches and pains can last for even several months after you've had your baby. If at any point you develop a fever or the pain gets worse or if you have any other concerns, let your doctor know and they can decide if further investigation or treatment is warranted. Do keep in mind that your recovery will probably be faster if you get up and move around. This may be the last thing that you want to do, especially if you're hurting and you did mention that you're having some issues with sadness but it's going to help you not only physically but mentally and emotionally. Get up and move, shower each day, and go for a walk and get some sunshine. Don't actually start exercising until your doctor approves it, which will probably happen at your eight week appointment. But moving around is good and will help prevent complications like blood clots. Good luck with everything and if you have any other questions for me in the future, please feel free to ask them on our Facebook page at facebook.com/intermountainmoms and recommend us to your friends and family, too. #vitamins to enlarge penis #new male enhancement products
