Move of the week: Jack Jumps Targets: Entire lower body, Cardiovascular, Burns Fat and Calories Step 1: Stand with your feet hip width apart, rib cage is lifted, abs tight, and shoulders back and down away from your ears. Push your hips towards the back as you go down into a deep squat, keeping your chest lifted. Your butt should either be the same level as your knees or lower to be able to touch the ground in front of you. (if you are able to). Step 2: With power, burst up from out of your deep squat into a jumping jack in the air. Repeat for a total of 15-20 reps, 3-4 sets throughout your workout. NOTES: If you have knee issues, go down as far as you feel comfortable (don't worry about touching the ground). Keep your abs engaged, eyes forward, and chest up throughout the entire move.
