But in her work after having subjects hold these high power poses she found something really interesting, that high power poses held for just 2-minutes boosted testosterone levels and reduced cortisol levels. Whereas low-power poses actually lowered testosterone and boosted cortisol. By engaging in these high power poses you can boost your testosterone and lower your cortisol every day for free!
