This is a great tool to make the workout more challenging, but if you do not have one you can still use any other ball around the house. The workout consists of 5 different exercises. To burn fat, we are going to start with an intense exercise, the slam down. Then we will work the legs and core, followed by more slams, and another intense exercise like burpees. For the grand finale we will do planks to strengthen the entire core. To help cut calories at the supermarket, create the habit to read the nutrition labels of the items that you eat. Make healthy choices by selecting items low in fat, sodium and sugar. Keep up the good work!
