PALEO / KETO Masala mini egg omelette : Masala mini egg omelette is a tasty flavoured omelette and easy for the breakfast time. Eggs are very good protein source in our daily life, Enjoy !!! Ingredients: 3 egg 1 Tbl sp coconut oil 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp garam masala 2 Tblsp chopped onion 1 Tblsp chopped coriander leaves 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste ( optional) salt Direction: Break the eggs and keep it in a bowl. Beat well. Add all the other ingredients and beat well again. Heat oil in a mini dosa pan. Pour the egg mixture into the cavities and cook in low flame. Turn the omelette to the other side to cook. Serve hot.
