Just my take on chocolate in your diet. Is it completely evil? Will angry garden gnomes with their hair on fire, really burn your a#$%? I have to say that if a small piece of chocolate or the odd bag of chips can't go in my mouth if I want to look and feel great then, well, that's a little too high maintenance for me.
