Now I'm showing how to take it off, during the hardest time of the year for eating clean, in 90 days. I am using the daily vlog as my journal and listing all of the foods I am eating, supplements I'm taking, and my workout structure. All of my 22 years of training knowledge for free. Please check it out! Scott Yonehiro YouTube Channel - __________________________________________________ Hey, welcome back guys. Scott Yonohiro here with Ballistic Body Fitness. As I promised I am going to give you my top 3 tips on how to lose up to 8-15 pounds in as quickly as 10 days safely. 1. High intensity cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Now why would you want to do this? It's because over the period of sleeping you are going anywhere between 8-12 hours since your last meal from dinner of not having any food in your system. So you are at a calorie deficient in your energy source. So when you get up, first thing you do is have some kind of stimulant like a cup of coffee, then get right in to your cardio—whether it is running, stair climbing, spinning or jumping rope or anything of a high density cardio for about 35-40 minutes--this will cause your body to dip right into your fat stores to free that up. 2. Make sure you are cutting out all your starchy carbs and complex carbohydrates during those 10 days. You'll want to train your body to get it's carbohydrates from vegetable, fibrous, cruciferous type sources. So you are going to want to use a lot of cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, really dense type vegetables like zucchini and squashes. These are things that will give you energy and give your body energy without storing fat and water on your muscle. 3. Make sure you are increasing your protein and your essential fatty acid intake. So things like Almonds, Walnuts, Macadamia nuts, Olive oil, Avocados. Also making sure that are getting good lean protein sources of protein, you are going to up that as well, too. Your body is going to really need to depend on these for energy fuel sources as well as make sure your muscles are staying lean, strong and maintaining them while and dropping that weight so quickly.
