Lusaka Province Minister SHEAL MULYATA has warned all shop owners in the Central Business District - CBD- to participate in cleaning activities or risk having their shops closed. Ms. MULYATA says shop owners must also take responsibility by ensuring that the CBD is kept clean. She says the Lusaka City Council cannot work alone in ensuring sanity hence the need for mindset change for both shop owners and vendors.
