You can see the crystal's growing around the first generation crystal breaker. We have a new more complex design of the breaker that reduces the strength necessary to break the crystals. It will be installed in all future 150L units and retrofitted to all currently installed units because the crystals grow so quick at a full run that they actually become super hard to break using the original design. The new design creates a hole in the crystals that requires way less strength to break, at a full run the crystal grows like 4-6" thick so the new design creates a hole instead of breaking a hole. I can't wait to show it off, although it required that we refile the patents which cost us a pretty penny. It was worth it though to have a better product that was more ergonomic to use. We should have some new 2nd generation crystal breakers coming out in about 2 weeks, so all current orders will get them. We left this crystals in over a weekend bc we did the run on Friday afternoon. When you leave it in for longer than 10-12 hours at 3:1 pentane:distillate g/g ratio, the crystals become slightly less pure, but they still came out very gorgeous and almost at 99%.
