Week 10 update: Starting blood sugar: 474 Blood sugar high: 114 (Yesterday – Saturday) Blood sugar low: 71 (Sunday) Blood sugar average this week (week 9): 94.8 Blood sugar average last week (week 8): 73.9 Weight this week (Week 9): 169.4 lbs Weight last week (Week 8): 173 lbs Gain/loss this week: -3.6 lbs Starting weight 225 lbs. Starting weight day 1 of Mounjaro (Week 1) 185 lbs. Began Mounjaro for the Type 2 diabetes primarily. Losing some lbs would be a bonus. Sleep – Mood – BMs – Hunger – All else 1:30pm- 5mg dose of Mounjaro ------------------------------------- 13 January 2024, Saturday Blood sugar – 114 5pm – Chicken breast and mushroom Sauce. -------------------------------------- 12 January 2024, Friday Blood sugar – 109 5PM – Dinner. Chicken breast and mushroom soup sauce. 7pm – Snack. Handful of tortilla chips. My hunger is returning. Tomorrow is dose day. -------------------------------------- 11 January 2024, Thursday Blood sugar – 75 Still not feeling good. Tired and have a headache all day. Took the day off work and took a 3 hour nap. Woke feeling slightly better. Maybe I have a bug or something. 5:30pm Dinner. Clam Chowder soup. 6:30pm – BM. General Zso Chicken with rice. ------------------------------------------------ 9 January 2024, Tuesday Blood sugar – 94 4:15am - Woke up this morning feeling like I needed to either vomit, use the bathroom, or both. Been queasy the last few mornings. Didn’t vomit. Very small amount of BM.
