In today's video I am going to show you how to make a healthy and delicious snack: gummy bears. Mixed berries (I used them frozen, can be used fresh): 110g cherries, 80g blueberries, 100g raspberries. 2. 60g (about 6tbps) plain grass fed gelatin. 3. 3/4 cup (180ml) water. 3. [optional] paleo sweetener or coconut sugar/honey/maple syrup. I didn't use anything. 4. [optional] 1 tbsp powdered vit C (for sour gummies). Method: 1. Blend fruits and strain them with the help of a cheese cloth (it's a messy but fun process). 2. Mix water and gelatine and let it Bloom. 3. Add 1/2 of the strained juice to a pan and heat it up at low temperature. 4. [optional] add sweetener and vit c. 5. Add gelatine and stir it constantly with a spatula until disolved. 6. Remove from stove and add the remaining fruit juice. 7. With a pipette pour the mix in the bear molds.
