I have Mounjaro to thank for my weight loss success story and for my glucose being well controlled. I came off Mounjaro 6 months ago. Changes to my lifestyle have enabled me to remain off any diabetes medicine and I'm now seemingly able to control my weight. This is my vlog. I just got done losing over 100 pounds. My waist went from 40 inches to 28 inches in just over a year! I did it with the help of Mounjaro, which I was taking for diabetes. I quit Mounjaro about 4 months ago. THE UPDATE: 25 November 2024, Monday Starting blood sugar: 474 (BM- Before Mounjaro) A1C Before: 10.6 A1C AFTER Mounjaro: 5.4 Blood sugar average this week (week 52): 128 Blood sugar average last week (week 51): 133 Weight this week (Week 52): 159 lbs Weight last week (Week 51): 156.6 lbs Gain/loss this week: +2.4 lbs Starting weight 240-250 lbs (not real sure as I stopped getting on the scale past the 220 lbs milestone. Denial is a real thing y’all). Starting weight day 1 of Mounjaro (Week 1) 185-190 lbs. Began Mounjaro for the Type 2 diabetes primarily.
