solaray dietary supplements | dietary aide job description | hcg diet before and after pictures 2012 Hi, I'm Charlotte Lawson, a registered, licensed dietitian here in Tampa Bay, Florida. If you've been looking for a few tips on how to eat a gluten-free diet. Well first, you're going to have to do a little bit of research and learn about the gluten-free diet. Secondly, you're going to want to avoid a few things. So, we might be checking some nutrition facts labels here. And thirdly, you want to try to keep up on as much of the food groups as you can in, incorporating all the different vitamins and minerals. Now, the gluten-free diet really has to do with a protein allergy typically found in wheat type products. So, you want to avoid your wheat, your barley, and your rye, because this tends to contain most of that gluten type protein. Now, when looking at other whole grains, rice is a definite given. Rice and corn, those types of carbohydrates, or excuse me grains, should be fairly easily eaten on a gluten-free diet. Also, keep in mind, fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy products, and lean proteins are an excellent source of a good, well-rounded diet that contain no gluten. So, keep up on those, and try to eat as many of those as possible. Also, then looking at your nutrition facts labels or ingredients label. Here, it's going to say something about containing wheat or may contain gluten, or sometimes even say it's acceptable for a gluten free diet. Looking at those, and reading those nutrition facts labels will help guide you through, excuse me through the grocery store and choosing different products. Also keep in mind that these sort of things can be added into something. So, for instance, a cookie that may not think of wheat may have some of that gluten protein in there. So again, read the ingredients label. Also, do your research, read the nutrition facts labels and the ingredients, try to keep up on those well rounded, all the different food groups. And again, try to get as much information as you can from your physician, and possibly seek out help from a registered dietitian for your more specific needs. With just a few tips on how to eat a gluten-free diet, I'm Charlotte, and eat happy! #moto diet pills #weight loss gummies skinnymint #keto gummies vitazen labs #sunny day acv keto
