Meal prepping the day before my weight loss journey. I prepared about 5 days of meals, lunch and dinner. I used a cast iron skillet to prepare my salmon. I sauteed my veggies and added seasonings for great flavor. I prepared rice, bean and veggie bowls. I will be adding amino acids to those. I also prepared bell peppers and rice, which I may add tuna into. I used olive oil and coconut oil to prepare these dishes.
