All weight loss workouts: In this video I'm basically doing 50 clean and presses as fast as I can without stopping to give me a high intense fat burning workout and to build muscle at the same time and... When you're losing fat and building muscle at the same time you're basically getting ripped. Beginners should only do this workout ONCE every 2-to-4 weeks and as you get stronger you can progress to once a week or maybe even once every 10 days because... Even I still only do this once every 1-to-2 weeks because this workout is so intense. The key thing to remember is that this workout should not be TOTALLY easy so if you can do the first 15-to-25 reps without even breaking a sweat then you need to use heavier weights. In the video I'm using 135 but now I've worked my way up to using 205 pounds for 100 reps by doing 60 seconds of jumping jacks in between each set of 10 jumping jacks so please... use heavier weights if this workout ever gets too easy for you! If you're overweight and trying to get ripped (build muscle and lose weight at the same time) then I strongly suggest you go here: - it's a 56 day plan to help you get ripped. Now if you're skinny you can still do this workout but remember if you want to seriously gain more muscle mass then you're going to need to go here: - that's where you will bulk up and gain lots of muscle (along with some fat) but don't worry about that... You can get rid of any fat you gain while you were bulking up by going on any of my plans to get ripped. Women: feel free to do this workout as well and it will firm you up but do not be terrified of the fact that you may gain some muscle. You will gain enough muscle up to the point where you will firm up and build sexier arms, legs, butt and back and etc. but this workout will not bulk you up to look like the incredible hulk or a female bodybuilder unless...
