This is an excerpt of the Dr. Oz TV (2010) program where he talked about me my outcomes with his physician panel -- and DID NOT invite me to be involved in the discussion. In this excerpt, he uses flash paper states that "healthy food" is metabolized and burned more slowly making it easier to regulate intake. Yet, "junk food" is burned quickly (???) - his words not mine. Does that mean junk food increases metabolism if it "burned" more quickly. My understanding of "more quickly" is that the rate is increased. If a food contains metabolizable carbohydrates, fat/lipids, and/or proteins -- they yield similar amount of energy at a similar rate. We tend to burn what we eat (RER and RQ), and the rate tends to correspond with HR and VO2 absorption. #UPF #NOVA #weightloss #Eating #Metabolism #Keto #LowCarb #Vegan #PlantBased #celsium keto gummies reviews #keto gummies ingredients #vista keto acv gummies diet #keto apple vinegar gummies
