Now when it comes to sprints, I just mean running fast for a short distance and a short time. Then rest and then repeat. Contrary to popular belief, distance runners (the guys you see jogging for miles and miles) actually have issues with lower testosterone levels - and so do bicyclists. So sprint hard for less than 15 seconds, then stop and recover. Once you've recovered, repeat that process again for somewhere between 5-10 reps!
