Airplane ear is usually a self-limiting condition. When we talk, when we chew, when we yawn there is an equalization of pressure inside the Eustachian tube. So there is an equalization of pressure through the Eustachian tube. So when you talk, chew etc a little bit of air can enter your middle ear and the negative pressure there gets equalized or sometimes you might need to do a procedure called as a valsalva, where you close your nostril and blow as if you are blowing a balloon but with a closed mouth. That will again push the air into the middle ear and equalize the pressure. But if there is a transudation of the fluid in the middle ear, your symptoms might last longer and that is when you might need to consult your doctor for an additional medicine help. #calm anxiety gummies #stop type 2 gummies #male pro t male enhancement
