Very gently count how many clicks are in the pen (as demonstrated by me in this video - each pen/dose is different) 2. Divide dose of the pen by the clicks, i.e. 1.7/80 = 0.021mg - this is approximately how much there is per click. 3. Decide how much you want to take i.e. 1.5mg. Then play around with calculations of 0.021 x number of clicks. Example, 70 clicks x 0.021mg = 1.48mg Saxenda video- What equipment do I use?
