I got ankle pain ,foot pain while walking but never gave up but took precautions and continued doing it, later I got used to it . What I did to reach here was first thing what I did was putting my self was a healthy move, I tried to be active. i reduced my screen time (wrost part in my routine).took time for my self to accomplish my goals.no matter how hard it was but I tried to learn new things and now I m doing it with ease. Now ,if I don’t complete my regular routine i.e., be it workout ,be it walking by 6.am in the morning. I feel like I m missing something through out day. In future, I’m keen to pursue my goals of gaining strength and muscle through the rest of the journey.i m loving the process. I m enjoying too.
