Cook in a medium-high skillet until chicken is cooked through. Remove and set aside. -Pad Thai Sauce- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar-free brown sweetener 1 tablespoon sriracha 1 teaspoon fish sauce 1 teaspoon lime juice While chicken cooks, combine these ingredients and set aside. 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup green onion, chopped 3 eggs bean sprouts miracle noodles Add garlic and onion to a skillet and let cook for 1 minute. Add eggs & scramble. Stir in bean sprouts, noodles and return the chicken. Pour in sauce. Let cook for 2-4 minutes until thickened. May include affiliate links.
