Download My Free Beginner’s Guide to Healthy Keto and Fasting 👉 Toxins are stored in the fat; so, losing weight will cause toxins to be released into your body. Timestamps: 0:00 Losing weight will release toxins into your body (but you can neutralize them) 0:35 If you’re not eating enough vegetables, or if your liver is damaged, the detox process could be impaired 1:15 If you have constipation, you must take action to remedy it Losing weight will release toxins into your body because toxins are stored in fat. Your liver has a function of phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification, where it takes poison and turns it into harmless particles by way of a series of enzymes. If you’re not eating enough vegetables, or if your liver is damaged, the detox process may be impaired. You may have a rash, or feel like you have flu symptoms. Or your thyroid might be sluggish. If you have constipation and you’re losing weight, your body’s flow is stuck and toxins can’t be released. You get what’s called auto-intoxication. The toxins circulate through your body and can inhibit your thyroid. You must take action to stop constipation, either by way of an herbal remedy or by increasing your potassium intake. If you’re doing everything correctly, not experiencing constipation, and eating sufficient vegetables, you can consume bentonite clay. It will absorb up to 2,000 times its weight in toxins. Be sure to take it on an empty stomach. When you’re losing weight, you may not have an issue with toxins accumulating, but if you start to notice symptoms now you know what to do.
