CINCINNATI (Liz Bonis) -- A local woman had a great question about how to lose the 'spare tire' after a new study shows people's waistlines were growing. Bellies are bigger than ever before, that was the conclusion of the new report. It was based on information from the latest Nutrition and Health Examination survey. Stephen Francia is a personal trainer who said waistlines are likely a combination of, "Poor eating,, poor sleeping, more stress, life." Researchers in the report found the average waistline was about 39 inches for both men and women. The danger in that is anything above 35 inches for women and 40 inches for men increases heart attack risk. The thing that is important to get rid of is called visceral fat. It's fat inside the body which surrounds internal organs. Francia said there are four things everyone can do to get rid of it. "It's exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management," Francia advised. Aerobic exercise which also works the core is the best type of exercise to beat belly fat. Or people can try walking or running. Leann Briggs said these worked for her, "Everywhere, it's fantastic. It's one of the best things that has gotten rid of the belly fat." The best diet to drop belly fat tends to have more fruits and vegetables and lean protein #keto acv oprah #prohealth keto gummies #proton keto acv gummies kelly #good keto keto acv
