It's so simple. Here are my fitness results following the 3/3/3 rule that I created. You can learn more about this rule on my IG post: Losing weight and burning fat might seem like an impossible goal for you, but I want to tell you that it's really not! It SO simple to do it. You literally have to lift for change... You literally have to be consistent week by week. Think of it as a long-term investment, instead of a short term goal. One of the weeks I actually gained a couple pounds, but I was not phased. I trusted in myself and in the fitness journey and look where I ended up.
