Supplement Review time again and this video shows my initial thoughts on Fusion Bodybuilding SUB-Q which is a thermogenic fat burner and appetite suppressant. It can be used along side a balanced diet and caloric deficit to help you achieve your weight loss goals. First off, respect to this company as they don't use a "Proprietory Blend" they list every single ingredient and amount in each serving... this I like! SUB-Q is the first fat burner / thermogenic I have come across that utilises BCAA's as part of the main active components. On their website they go into detail as to why so if you would like to know more, feel free to check it out. I was doubtful at first as to whether this would be a worthwhile product with such a large portion of it being BCAA's but this is what I found... Energy - I took 3 caplets during my fasted period to help me wake up.... and did I! I should of followed the guidelines to be honest and took the one cap to start with but with me just coming off iForce Nutrition's Dexaprine a week ago I thought this would be child's play... how wrong was I. Even though it is not very stimulant heavy I definitely felt a lot more alert and ready for the day. So far so good. Dropped down to two caps the second day and was less apparent, back up to three there after. Thermogenesis - Didn't feel an increase over the duraton of the sample pack. I've tried ephedrine in the past so really, it's hard to find something that comes any where near. Weight Loss - Cannot really comment on such a small time frame. Will update if I ever run a full cycle of it. Appetite Suppression - This is what I personally look for in a weight control / diet supplement. Fusion Bodybuilding's SUB-Q delivers. Squelched my appetite and I usually break my fast at 12pm but today it was gone 1pm before I even thought about eating. Result. So there you go. My intitial thoughts on this product is that it is pretty solid and offers a great alternative to some of the more "extreme" stimulant laden products.
