An update on what's been going on for me in the last two months since going completely off of all psychiatric medications. I had been on antipsychotics and other psych meds for over a decade to treat my schizoaffective disorder. I've been using ketogenic therapy and other metabolic therapies over the last year though and have been able to get off all psychiatric medications and to put my mental illness into remission.
