I'm going to be answering the question, "Does sprinting burn more body fat than distance running?" The short answer to that question is no. Sprinting does not burn more body fat than distance running. While sprinting is a great exercise and a great way to get out and get some work in, if your goal is to burn body fat, you have to understand how the body process fat and its energy stores. Your body uses different types of energy for different types of processes. For sprinters, very little body fat is used. It's called ATP, and that's built up directly in the muscle itself, which is why we do things like sprints or play basketball or sports. You get what’s called nitric oxide. On the other hand, your body burns body fat by prolonged, moderate activity. The purpose of body fat is to provide energy for prolonged activities, like running a 5K or 10K, prolonged swimming, bike riding. The fact of the matter sprinting is just too short. The good news is you can increase the muscle from sprinting. and muscle actually helps burn body fat. Again, for overall results your best bet is to begin do longer activities from anywhere to a half hour to 45 minutes or more. And that is the answer to, "Does sprinting burn more body fat than distance running?" #retrofit keto gummies amazon #simpli fit keto gummy #mens diet pill
