As it says in the video I went through some Abuse; and the Stress and Depression was able to take ahold of me so much I gained 76 pounds; Im sure some of the weight has to do with the fact that since i was 19 and 20 my hips have widened a LOT! and my shoulders have broadened and my boobs have grown more, but I do know for a Fact that I can Lose some weight!
